How to Install Your Card
The business will show you a QR code (on a table tent, poster, receipt, or via text/email link)
Scan the QR code with your phone camera or tap the link
Fill in the short form (name, phone number, email)
Tap "Add to Apple Wallet" (iPhone) or "Add to Google Pay" (Android)
Done! Your card is saved in your phone's wallet
How to Use Your Card
When you visit the business, open your wallet app and show the QR code on your card to the staff. They will scan it to add stamps, points, or process your reward. Your balance updates in real-time on the card.
How to Check Your Balance or Stamps
Open your phone's Wallet app (Apple Wallet or Google Pay). Tap on the loyalty card. Your current stamps, points, balance, or status will be displayed on the card.
I Lost My Phone — Can I Recover My Card?
Yes! When you get a new phone: 1. Scan the same QR code or tap the installation link again. 2. Enter the SAME phone number you used originally. 3. The system will recognize you and send a confirmation code to your phone. 4. Enter the code and your card with all your stamps and points will be restored.
I Am Not Getting Notifications
iPhone: Open the card in Wallet, scroll down, and make sure "Allow Notifications" is ON.
Android: Open the card, tap Details, tap the three-dot menu, and select Enable Notifications. Also make sure your phone's general notification settings allow wallet or browser notifications.
Can I Use My Card at Multiple Locations?
If the business has set up multiple locations on their card, yes! Your single card works at all their participating locations.
How Does the Referral Program Work?
Some businesses offer referral rewards. You will see a "Share" or referral link on your card. When someone you refer installs the card AND makes their first purchase, you (and sometimes they) earn a bonus reward.
