How It Works
A customer visits your business and gets their card scanned
The system waits 1 hour (configurable), then sends a push notification asking for feedback
If the customer gives a 4 or 5-star rating, they are automatically redirected to leave a public review on Google Maps, Yelp, or Facebook
If the customer gives a 1 to 3-star rating, the feedback goes to you privately, giving you a chance to address the issue before it becomes a public review

How to Set It Up
Go to Push, then Push Automation
Select your card
Enable the "Feedback Collection" automation
Set the delay (recommended: 1 hour after visit)
Configure the review links for Google Maps, Yelp, or Facebook
