What Customer Data Is Collected?
When a customer installs your digital loyalty card, they fill out a customizable form. You control which fields appear.
Recommended Fields: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number (recommended as the unique identifier to prevent duplicate accounts), Email Address, Date of Birth (enables birthday automations).
You can also add custom fields: text fields, dropdowns, checkboxes. For example: "How did you hear about us?", pet name, preferred service, etc.
Why Phone Number Should Be the Unique Identifier
If two customers sign up with different emails but the same phone number, the system recognizes them as the same person. This prevents duplicate profiles and ensures accurate loyalty tracking.
Managing Customer Data
Go to the Customers module in your dashboard. You can view individual Customer Profiles with full transaction history. Use Customer Filters to segment by RFM analysis, visit frequency, card type, and more. Import and Export customer data via CSV.
Analytics Dashboard
Your dashboard tracks real-time metrics including: Loyalty ROI, Average Order Value (AOV), customer retention rate, feedback ratings, demographic breakdowns (Age, Gender, Device type), and installation sources (UTM tracking).
