Manager Seat: A login credential for staff members who use the Scanner App. Each plan includes a certain number.
Multipass: A prepaid pass with a set number of uses (e.g., a 10-class yoga pass). The count decreases with each scan.
Push Notification: A message sent directly to a customer's phone lock screen through their saved wallet card. Free and unlimited on all plans.
PWA (Progressive Web App): A web-based app that works like a native app. The Scanner App and Android card experience use PWA technology.
RFM Analysis: Recency, Frequency, Monetary — a customer segmentation method ranking customers by how recently they visited, how often, and how much they spend.
Scanner App: The PWA tool staff use to scan customer QR codes and process loyalty transactions.
Smart Link: A digital URL customers tap to install their loyalty card. Used in SMS, email, social media, and chatbots.
Stamp Life: The duration a stamp remains valid after being earned. Configurable per card.
Triggered Auto-Push: A push notification automatically sent when a specific event occurs (card install, stamp earned, coupon redeemed).
UTM Tag: A tracking parameter added to card installation links to identify which marketing channel drives card installations.
Webhook: An HTTP callback sending real-time data to your specified URL when events happen in Suki Cards.
White-Labeling: Removing Suki Cards branding and replacing it with your own brand. Available on Business Plan.
